Abstract
Service quality is the totality of characteristics of the goods and services that demonstrate its ability to satisfy the needs of customers, both of which appear to be obvious or hidden. Patient satisfaction can be defined as an attitude of patients, i.e., some degree of fondness or hold an unfavorable against ever feels.As for the goal of the research is to identify the influence of the quality of health services Towards the satisfaction of patients in poly general clinics East Gambir Asahan District Year 2018.This research use analytic research method with cross sectional approach. The population in this study are patients who come to visit the Poly general Clinics Gambir Asahan District in July to December 2017, on average as much as 3600 people where the average number of patients per month is 600 people. The next sample will be calculated by the formula proprosional of 96 people. Research results show that the level of satisfaction of patients in public poly general clinics East Gambir District Asahan based on direct evidence of service quality of 14.68% patient satisfaction rate, public health centers poly general clinics East Gambir Asahan District based on the reliability of the quality of service of 15.80% patient satisfaction rate, public health centers poly general clinics East Gambir Asahan District based on quality of service responsibility of 60.70% patient satisfaction rate, public health centers poly general clinics East Gambir Asahan District Quality of service guarantee based on grindstones of 17.27% and the level of satisfaction of patients
