<p>Jurnal Kajian Kesehatan Masyarakat (JK2M) diterbitkan oleh Program Masgister Kesehatan Masyarakat Institut Kesehatan Deli Husada yang bertujuan memberikan ruang bagi akademisi, peneliti dan pengguna hasil penelitian dan pengabdian untuk mendiseminasikan, menginformasikan, mendiskusikan dan menggunakan hasil penelitian dan pengabdian sebagai upaya meningkatkan kualitas kebijakan di bidang kesehatan masyarakat yang berbasis ilmiah dan dapat dipertanggung jawabkan. Jurnal ini menyajikan hasil penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat di bidang kesehatan masyarakat. <p><em>Organizational culture and incentives are factors that can affect the performance of organizational members in achieving organizational goals. One of the organizational members of the hospital is nurses who are the health workers with the largest proportion in the hospital and nurse performance plays an important role in providing health services. The aim of this study is to determine the relationship of organizational culture and incentives to the performance of executive nurses at RSU Haji Medan in 2023. This research design is a cross sectional study. The sample in this study were 92 nurses. Based on the results of statistical tests with Chi-square, there is a significant relationship between organizational culture of involvement with nurse performance with p-value = 0.002 and PR value = 6.87, between organizational culture of adjustment with nurse performance with p-value = 0.001 and PR value = 8.30, between organizational culture of consistency with nurse performance with p-value = 0.001 and PR value = 10.5, between organizational culture of mission with nurse performance with p-value = 0.001 and PR value = 20.0. There is no significant relationship between the criteria for providing incentives and nurse performance p-value = 0.346, and between the incentive delivery system and nurse performance p-value = 0.434, and it is found that the mission organizational culture variable is the strongest variable associated with nurse performance p-value = 0.001 and PR = 20.0. The hospital mission is more clearly socialized to all hospital employees, especially executive nurses, and nurses are expected to prepare and set strategies in carrying out the mission to achieve the long-term goals of the Haji Medan General Hospital.</em></p>Maya YuliaSorimuda SarumpaetNur Mala Sari

<p><em>Program evaluation is conducted to determine the level of success of a program by knowing the effectiveness of each component. This study aims to evaluate gaps in the implementation of the Tuberculosis Prevention and Control program at Sei Agul Health Center in 2022. This type of research is qualitative research with descriptive methods. The informants of this study were the Head of Puskesmas, TB program holder, cadre, DM program manager, HIV program manager, MCH program manager. The results showed that there are still gaps in health promotion, case finding, risk factor control, resources, coordination, networking and partnerships and in community participation. Suggestions include collaborating with health promotion program holders to disseminate information and TB control program activities that have been carried out to social media and local TV. Involve community leaders, religious leaders, influencers and testimonials of former TB patients by creating interesting content, using local language that is easy to understand and uploaded on the official accounts of the Medan City Health Office and puskesmas either on tiktok, instagram or facebook. Conduct training/workshops for DM, HIV and MCH program holders on TB screening in patients who have risk factors for comorbidities, create quarterly TB case finding achievement charts for puskesmas and conduct continuous socialization, implement a public private mix program between hospitals, clinics, puskesmas and other health worker practices to implement the TB DOTS program.</em></p>Chairunnisa Chairunnisa

<p><em>Hospital Management Information System, hereinafter abbreviated as SIMRS, is a communication information technology system that processes and integrates the entire flow of hospital service processes in the form of a network of coordination, reporting and administrative procedures to obtain precise and accurate information, and is part of the Health Information System. The aims of the research is to analyse the effectiveness and efficiency of implementing SIMRS for patient services at the Altara clinic.</em></p> <p><em> The method of the research is to use descriptive analysis with the interview method. The population of the research is employees at Altara clinic with a sample size of 10 respondents consisting of 9 main respondents and 1 triangulation respondent (patient).</em></p> <p><em>The results of the research are the influence of SIMRS Human Resources on the effectiveness and efficiency of patient services at Altara clinic , that SIMRS human resources are not in accordance with SIIMRS educational background, but all informants must take part in training which is conducted once a month for one hour so that the implementation of SIMRS is effective and efficient in service patient . SIMRS facilities and infrastructure factors for the effectiveness and efficiency of patient services at the Altara Clinic are complete so that patient services are effective and efficient. <p><em>Nurse compliance in using </em><em>Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is behavior as a professional regarding recommendations that must be carried out and obeyed according to procedures. The research is a quantitative analytical study using a cross sectional design. The aim of the research is to analyze the factors that influence compliance with the use of </em><em>Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by nurses at the Babahrot Inpatient Health Center, Aceh Regency. the population was 58 respondents in the Babahrot Inpatient Health Center, with total sampling technique, the data was obtained from the results of interviews by distributing questionnaires that had been prepared by the researcher. The Data analysis was carried out univariately and bivariately using an independent t-test with an alpha value (a) of 0.05. The results of the research were the influence of knowledge, attitudes, information about </em><em>Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), availability of PPE, and supervision of compliance with the use of PPE at the Babahrot inpatient health center, Babahrot sub-district, last year. There was no effect of the work period on compliance with the use of (PPE) at the Babahrot inpatient health center, last year. <p><em>Posyandu is a form of health effort that is sourced from the community which is a tangible manifestation of community participation in health development. The importance of revitalization is an effort to revive the existing posyandu to rediscover the potential that is owned in improving the posyandu level. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Posyandu Revitalization on the Posyandu Strata at MutiaraPuskesmasAsahan Regency in 2020.This study used a quantitative approach with observational research using a cross sectional design with a sample of 63 Posyandu cadres. The analysis used in this research was the univariate, then the bivariate test using the Chi Square test and the multivariate test using the multiple logistic regression test.The results of this study indicate that there was an effect of Posyandu cadre training which is carried out at least 2 x one year. . There is the influence of social support from the local government through the Lurah and providing incentives, transportation costs to posyandu cadres on the Posyandu Strata of MutiaraPuskesmas, Asahan Regency and social support is the most dominant variable having an influence on the Posyandu Strata with the Exp value. B was 9,429 and 95% CI: (1,137 - 78,162) indicates that good social support was 9,429 times the estimated probability of having a good posyandu strata at PuskesmasMutiaraAsahan Regency. It is suggested to increase and continue to provide incentives and transportation costs for posyandu cadres and there needs to be intensive motivation and support from the local government, health offices, puskesmas, and other related parties, so that in the future the performance of posyandu cadres can increase their participation and activity in providing service to the community.</em></p>Eva Dona Sinaga
