Tuberculosis (TB) remains a major public health problem in Indonesia, particularly in Jambi City, which recorded the lowest treatment success rate in Jambi Province (81.5% in 2022), below the national target of 90%. Rawasari Community Health Center ranked third for TB case finding in Jambi City in 2023 (47 cases), with 19 patients lost to follow-up. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between family support, drug-taking supervisors (PMO), stigma, and health worker support and medication adherence among TB patients in the working area of Rawasari Community Health Center, Jambi City, in 2025. This was an analytic quantitative study with a cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 45 TB patients selected by purposive sampling. Data were collected through interviews using a questionnaire adapted from the Morisky Medication Adherence Scale (MMAS-8) and analyzed using the Chi-Square test (Fisher’s Exact Test) and prevalence ratios (PR) with 95% CI. The results showed that 60.0% of respondents were adherent, and all variables were significantly associated with adherence: family support (PR = 2.768; p = 0.007), PMO (PR = 2.500; p = 0.022), stigma (PR = 2.214; p = 0.047), and health worker support (PR = 2.500; p = 0.031). Strengthening family involvement, PMO supervision, stigma reduction, and health worker counseling is recommended to improve treatment adherence among TB patients.
