The incidence of cervical cancer can be prevented by early detection, one of which is the VIA examination. During the current Covid-19 pandemic, one of the efforts that health workers can take to reduce the risk of cervical cancer is to carry out early detection of female reproductive organs through an VIA examination. Based on the list of service visits during the COVID-19 pandemic, the achievement of the IVA examination carried out in the </em><em>Puskesmas Biru-biru</em><em> area was far from the target. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors related to participation in the IVA test for mothers who came to the </em><em>Puskesmas Biru-biru</em><em> during the Covid-19 pandemic.</em></p> <p><em>This type of research is quantitative with a cross-sectional design. The research subjects were mothers who came to the Puskesmas Biru-biru while the researchers came to the </em><em>Puskesmas Biru-biru </em><em>during the research period from March-April until 100 respondents were met.</em></p> <p><em>The results showed that there were 2 factors related to the participation of the IVA test on the mother, namely: attitude (p = 0.000) and husband's support (p = 0.002). There were 5 factors that were not related to the participation of the IVA test on mothers, namely: age (p = 0.604), education (p = 0.997), knowledge (p = 0.128), support from health workers (p = 0.395) and motivation (p = 0.867). The most dominant variable associated with maternal IVA test participation was attitude with a PR value of 7.08 (95% CI; 2.70-18.52) and a value of 0.000. DELI SERDANG TAHUN 2022 https://ejournal.delihusada.ac.id/index.php/JIKM/article/view/1052 <p><em>Early initiation of breastfeeding (IMD) Is breastfeeding as soon possible after the baby is born until the first hour. The key to the success of the early breastfeeding initiation (IMD) program is influenced by several factors, namely the age factor, the length of work factor, the education factor, the attitude factor and the training factor. &nbsp;The purpose of this study is to determine the factors related to the performance of midwives in supporting early initiation of breastfeeding programs in the era of the covid-19 pandemic in the work area of the Biru-Biru Public Health Center in 2022. This study used a quantitative method with a cross-sectional design in the work area of the Biru-Biru Public Health with a sample of 29 midwives who handle normal delivaries data were colleted using questionnaires and then analyzed using univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis and tested by Chi-Square test and multivariate test using logistic regression test with 95% CI. The results of this study were midwives with good performance (51.7), midwives aged &gt; 35 years (58.6%), midwives who had worked for a long time (58.6%), midwives with high education (65.5), midwives with good knowledge (55.2%), midwives who were supportive (51.7%), then midwives who had attented (51,7%). The results of the bivariate analysis showed that the knowledge and training factors thet had a relationship with the performance of midwives in supporting IMD with a p-value &gt;0.05 while the age factors the length of work and factor and education factor did not have a significant relationship with the performance of the midwife in supporting the early have a significant relationship with the performance of the midwife in supporting the early breastfeeding initiation program p-value &gt;0.05. As for the multivariate results, it was found that knowledge is avery dominant variable related to the performance of midwives in supporting the IMD program. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the drug management system in the Pabatu Hospital pharmacy installation which based on a managerial system approach as an IFRS function which includes aspects of selection, procurement, storage, distribution and use. This study used a descriptive observational study design with a qualitative approach, which aims to obtain successful implementation of Pharmaceutical Service Standards at the Pabatu Serdang Bedagai Hospital Pharmacy Installation (IFRS) in 2022. Data were collected in the form of quantitative and qualitative data from document observations and interviews with the person in charge of the installation pharmacists, administrative assistants, and pharmacy warehouse clerks. The results showed that the Pabatu Hospital Pharmacy Installation already had good readiness in terms of human resources, facilities and infrastructure, and finances to support pharmaceutical services. It was support by the drug processing system at IFRS Pabatu which has been running well, especially at the stages of procurement, storage, distribution and use which have met established standards. According to the Indonesian Ministry of Health (2019), in Indonesia it shows that at the end of 2018 only 48% of hospitals had used SIMRS and increased by 4.05% to 52.05% in September 2018. The rest, hospitals already had SIMRS but were not functioning properly (5%), did not have SIMRS (16%) and the rest did not report using SIMRS. Nurul Hasanah Hospital was one of the private hospitals in the city of Kutacane, Southeast Aceh District that implements SIMRS.</em></p> <p><em>The tipe of this research were correlational descriptive quantitative study by analyzing factors related to SIMRS Implementation at Nurul Hasanah Hospital Kutacane by using the HOT-Fit Model (Human, Organization, Technology). Its process produce various type of blood component, such as Packed Red Cell, Liquid Plasma, Thrombocytes Concentrate and Fresh Frozen Plasma. The quantity of each blood production depends on the mount of demant from hospital to threat the patient for transfusion. Indonesia Red Cross especially in Blood Donor Unit of each region have a important duty to collect and process the whole blood component as much as it needed. </em></p> <p><em>This type of research is a descriptive study with a cross sectional approach. The population used was the production of PRC, LP, TC and FFP&nbsp; at UDD PMI Bojonegoro from June to July 2022 as many as 2124 kolf. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. PT Indo Coco Prima Lestari currently employs 115 employees. Commodity materials produced are mostly for export. The need for production materials per day is 80 tons of coconut to produce 6 tons of coconut essence and core which is formed into granules. The high production process is in line with the high risk of work accidents that can be experienced by workers. Analyzing Factors Associated with Work Accidents at PT. Indo Coco Prima Lestari, Labuhan Batu Utara, North Sumatra in 2023. The type of research used is quantitative research using a cross-sectional approach or research that aims to analyze factors related to work accidents. There were 110 research respondents. Years of Service, Knowledge, Attitudes, Actions and K3 Training related to Occupational Accidents, but the most dominant is the variable of Working Period which has a 3.199 chance of causing Work Accidents. Working period is directly related to work experience, the longer a person's working period, the higher the experience and flight hours of the workers, so that workers will better understand how to work safely so that work accidents do not occur. Knowledge, Attitudes, Actions and K3 Training related to Occupational Accidents, but the most dominant is the variable of Working Period seen based on the RP value on the Multivariate test results it is known that Working Period has the greatest value of 3.199 (0.577-17.731) so it can be concluded that Working Period has a 3.199 chance of causing Work Accidents. Company management needs to improve the comfort of workers so that the flow of workers in and out can be maintained properly, for example by making long work contracts, conducting regular training for employees and making teamwork also improve work time, can also improve worker skills in carrying out company productivity. The type of research used is Quantitative Research using a Cross-Sectional approach. This research was carried out at the Medan Simalingkar House of Worship Renovation Project. The time of the research starts from November 2022 to March 2023. The population in this study are all construction workers who are registered as workers in the Medan Simalingkar House of Worship Renovation Project, all of which are the research sample, namely 60 workers. There is a relationship between Knowledge, Attitudes, Use of PPE, Work Period and Work Accidents in the Medan Simalingkar Worship Project and there is no relationship between Worker Age and Work Accidents in the Medan Simalingkar House of Worship Project. the variable use of PPE is the variable most related to work accidents in the Medan Simalingkar Worship Project. The use of service PPE has the potential to cause work accidents 8,636 times at the Medan Simalingkar House of Worship Project. There are many job demands that are owned by nurses that allow work accidents to occur in hospitals. The type of research used is quantitative research using a cross-sectional approach with research that aims to analyze the application of a culture of occupational safety and health in providing nursing care at Sembiring Deli Tua Public Hospital in 2023. It will be held at Sembiring Deli Tua Hospital from November 2022 to June 2023. The sample size is calculated using the Slovin formula, from the calculations a minimum sample size of 78 people is obtained. The sampling technique used was consecutive sampling. The results showed that cooperation within the unit, supervisors supporting patient safety, communication, frequency, incident reporting, organizational learning were related to the provision of nursing care at Sembiring Deli Tua Hospital but the most dominant was organizational learning which had the opportunity 5,856 times to lead to good nursing care at the hospital. The level of knowledge and education, as well as the level of attention, are internal elements that influence behavior at work. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between work behavior and the incidence of work accidents among medical personnel at Hj Bunda Halimah Hospital Batam. This study used a cross-sectional research. Random sampling was used to choose the study sample. Based on the findings of the employee questionnaire responses, samples that satisfy the inclusion criteria and do not satisfy the exclusion criteria will be analyzed by recording the research variables. The result showed that 35 individuals (70%) demonstrated a high level of knowledge, followed by 42 people (84%), 36 people (72%) with a background of D3+ education, and 34 people (68%) with solid work ethics. THOMSEN NIAS KABUPATEN NIAS TAHUN 2023 https://ejournal.delihusada.ac.id/index.php/JIKM/article/view/1481 <p><em>Hospital is a workplace that has a high risk for the safety and health of hospital human resources, patients, patient companions, visitors, and the hospital environment. Realizing an effective, efficient, integrated and sustainable implementation of Hospital Occupational Health and Safety (HOHS) requires the implementation of an Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) in the hospital. This research aims to analyze the implementation of OHSMS in RSUD dr. M. Thomsen Nias. This research uses mixed methods with the explanatory sequential design that combines quantitative and qualitative research methods in sequence. The informants in this study amounted to 5 people. Quantitative data was collected by survey using a checklist form from annex 2 of Government Regulation No. 50 of 2012 as evidenced by document review and on-site observation. Qualitative data was collected by interview using guidelines from the quantitative data results. Based on the results of the study, the level of achievement of OHSMS implementation was obtained with an initial category audit of 56.25%, which is included in the category of less implementation. Of the 64 total criteria, there are 36 criteria that are appropriate and 28 criteria that are inappropriate. Commitment in the form of a written policy has not been made,</em> <em>but a decree has been issued to establish an OSH organization and committee. OHS planning has been made in the form of a work program. The implementation of the OHS plan has not been fully implemented by the OHS committee, but the hospital's efforts in implementing OHS are carried out by several related units such as the Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) Committee, the Hospital Facilities Maintenance Installation (HFMI) and the Environmental Installation. The implementation of OHSMS at RSUD dr. M.
