Some become acute respiratory distress syndrome or a more severe form of the disease that leads to death. Most of the vaccine effectiveness data currently available relate to mRNA vaccines. Pregnant women with COVID-19 are known to have a high risk of being admitted to the ICU. The increase with preterm births is still being observed in cases of complications caused by COVID-19. This research is a systematic review that uses articles. Research sources come from literature obtained from the online database Pubmed (n = 27), Web of Science (n = 18), Springerlink (n = 104) , and Science Direct (n = 266). Article searches were performed using the keywords ("vaccine") AND ("coronavirus" OR "COVID") AND ("pregnant" OR "pregnancy") AND ("mRNA" ). There were 542 women who were pregnant with the first vaccine, 526 women who were pregnant with the second vaccine, 1296 women who were not pregnant with the first vaccine, 305 women who were not pregnant with the second vaccine. Based on the data on pain symptoms at the injection site, the results did not show much different results. Then the symptoms of feeling tired were found to be more common in non-pregnant women. Furthermore, headache symptoms were found more in non-pregnant women. The symptoms of muscle pain are obtained more in non-pregnant women. From the study it can be concluded that there is no significant difference between the side effects that occur after the first dose of covid mRNA vaccination and the second dose of pregnant women and non-pregnant women
Ahmad Sabili Rifa'i, Clarishella Melvina Deinera, Bambang Satrio Utomo, Nadya Angelina, Budi Utomo, Khusnatul Mawaddah Arief ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://ejournal.delihusada.ac.id/index.php/JPK2R/article/view/797 Thu, 28 Apr 2022 10:27:24 SE Asia Daylight Time TINGKAT KECEMASAN MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 DENGAN DISMENOREA PADA REMAJA DI PANTI ASUHAN AISYIYAH TUNTANG KABUPATEN SEMARANG http://ejournal.delihusada.ac.id/index.php/JPK2R/article/view/839
Anxiety levels during the COVID-19 pandemic with dysmenorrhea in adolescents at the AISYIYAH Orphanage, TUNTANG, SEMARANG REGENCY

Adolescence is a period that has many problems and requires adjustment caused by changes in social expectations, roles and behavior. The anxiety experienced by adolescents in facing all these challenges cannot be separated from the incidence of dysmenorrhea which is the most common disorder in adolescents. This study used the DASS-42 questionnaire to determine the relationship between anxiety levels and dysmenorrhea. The results show p value = 0.015. However, only 79 percent gave birth at the puskesmas or hospital. According to a report by the World Health Organization (WHO), the direct cause of maternal death that occurs during and after childbirth. 75% of deaths are caused by bleeding, infection, or high blood pressure during pregnancy. Every woman has her own birth experience that can be shared with others. Most women in labor experience psychological changes in response to what is felt in the labor process. Maternal mortality as much as 70% occurs in the delivery process, this is related to the place where the delivery takes place. The purpose of this study was to analyze factors related to the choice of place of delivery in the working area of the Namohalu Esiwa Public Health Center in 2021. This type of research used quantitative methods which were carried out by analytical survey with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all mothers who gave birth in January-March 2021 as many as 86 people with the sampling technique using total sampling so that the total sample was 86 people. Data analysis in this study used univariate analysis, bivariate and multivariate analysis with multiple logistic regression. The results of the study with the chi-square test obtained p-value on the knowledge variable of 0.001 <0.05, family support of 0.005 <0.05, education of 0.000 <0.05, distance of 0.000 <0.05, sources of information 0.40>0.05, employment 0.33>0.05, parity 0.84>0.05. The results of the multiple logistic regression test show that the distance variable has the largest PR value = 11.24. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between knowledge, family support, education, and distance to the choice of place of delivery in the working area of the Namohalu Esiwa Public Health Center in 2021. The most dominant variable related to the choice of place of delivery is distance. In front of the puskesmas officers, it is necessary to increase visits to mothers who will give birth and explain the dangers that will arise if giving birth at home.
Yanti Jernih Gea ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://ejournal.delihusada.ac.id/index.php/JPK2R/article/view/841 Thu, 28 Apr 2022 10:28:45 SE Asia Daylight Time PERBEDAAN EFEKTIFITAS MASSAGE PUNGGUNG DAN KOMPRES HANGAT PAYUDARA TERHADAP PENINGKATAN KELANCARAN PRODUKSI ASI DI KLINIK WIRNATA KECAMATAN MEDAN SUNGGAL http://ejournal.delihusada.ac.id/index.php/JPK2R/article/view/842
Breastfeeding is a gift given by God to women.
