Pain comes from uterine contractions and cervical dilation. With the increasing frequency of uterine contractions, the pain you feel will get stronger. This study aims to determine the Effect of Counter Pressure Massage Techniques on the Reduction of Pain in Stage I Labor at Kardi Lestari Primary Clinic. This study uses a quantitative analytical method with a Quasy-Experimental research design with the One Group Pretest-Posttest approach. Data collection techniques using observation sheets. This Counter Pressure Massage technique is performed for 20 minutes / hour during contraction. The population in this study were 8 maternity mothers. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method. Data analysis using the Wilcoxon Test. The results of this study showed that giving the massage counter pressure technique to the lumbar part of the mother at the Kardi Lestari Pratama Clinic can reduce labor pain from mothers who experience moderate pain to mild pain and mothers who experience severe pain to moderate pain with p value = 0.007 (p. &lt;0.05). This study is a quantitative study with a cross sectional type of research that aims to find out how the close relations between the two variables. The results of the study with a population of 48 people, purposive sampling, statistical analysis using Chi-Square showed a significant relationship between birth spacing with Sibling Rivalry in Kel.Sirandorung 0.000 &lt;0.05. This study aims to determine the effect of pineapple juice and honey on reducing menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea) in students at YP SINGOSARI DELITUA in 2020. This type of research is a Quasi Experiment with the One-Group Test method. This study aims to obtain information about the effect of pineapple juice and honey on the reduction of menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea) at SMP YP SINGOSARI in 2020. The population used was all 58 students of YP SINGOSARI DELITUA SMP. The sampling technique used incidental sampling, namely 30 people. The variables used are independent variables about the provision of pineapple juice and honey and the dependent variable is about reducing the pain scale. Data analysis using the Wilcoxon test. The thing that needs to be considered by post partum mother giving breast milk to the baby is by consuming fruit and vegetables that can increase the amount of breast milk. Banana heart contains lactogogum which has performance stimulating oxytocin and prolactin hormones such as alkaloids, polyphenols, steroids, flavonoids, which are effective in increasing breast milk production. In this case, researchers conducted nonpharmacological studies such as banana heart consumption. This research aims to find out the effect of Banana Heart Consumption on increased breast milk production in post partum in Delitua Health Center by 2020. The method used is the <em>Quasi Experiment method</em> with the research design <em>of One Group Pretest-Postest</em>. The samples in this study were as many as 20 post partum in Deli Tua health center, using total sampling techniques. Data collection is carried out in the form of observation and questionnaires. Care for perineal wounds is carried out by the Indonesian community, one of which is by using green betel leaf decoction water that has an antibiotic effect, based on the effect of this therapy, betel can also be used as material for wound care that is usually used by means of worms. Research to find out whether betel leaf water can accelerate the healing process of perineal wounds in post partum mothers. The research method is pre-experimental using a pretest and posttest design in one group. The sample in this study 31 respondents using non-likely sampling techniques using consecutive sampling method. Colostrum is a part of breast milk that is very, very important to be given in the first life of a baby because colostrum contains immune substances, especially immunoglobulin (IgA) to protect babies from various infectious diseases. Colostrum has properties to clean meconium so that the intestinal mucosa of a newborn baby is immediately clean and ready to receive breast milk. The design in this study uses cross sectional. This study aims to determine the relationship of postpartum knowledge about colostrum with the motivation of giving colostrum in Sidorejo Village, Serapit Subdistrict, Langkat Regency in 2019. The sample in this study was 30 respondents. The results of this study are based on the results of the calculation of non-parametric statistical tests that use the Chi Square test correlation obtained p-value of 0.024 &lt;0.05. Anemia occurs due to low hemoglobin levels in the body of pregnant women. One of the efforts that can be done is to increase hemoglobin by consuming boiled eggs. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of consumption of boiled chicken eggs at the Simarmata Health Center, Samosir Regency.Its benefits are to help pregnant women who have anemia so that the hemoglobin in the body of pregnant women increases, so that pregnant women are expected to consume boiled eggs in the third trimester of pregnancy. The population in this study were pregnant women in the area of the Simarmata Health Center, Samosir Regency, with a sample of 20 people. Nyeri persalinan mulai dirasakan pada pembukaan serviks 0-10 cm. Pada fase aktif menuju puncak pembukaan maka akan terjadinya peningkatan intensitas dan frekuensi kontraksi, sehingga menyebabkan nyeri persalinan lebih berat di fase aktif. Pengobatan <em>non farmakologi</em> dalam penanganan nyeri salah satunya menggunakan <em>birth ball</em>, dengan cara duduk diatas bola dan bergoyang-goyang sehingga membuat rasa lebih nyaman dan membantu proses kemajuan persalinan dikarenakan adanya gravitasi, dan dengan elastisitas dan lengkungan bola yang lunak membuat perineum dan punggung bawah tanpa memberikan banyak tekanan yang dapat meningkatkan nyeri. Jenis penelitian ini &nbsp;adalah Kuantitatif dengan design <em>Quasi Experiment</em> dengan rancangan <em>One Group</em> <em>Pretest -Posttest</em> <em>Design</em>. Sampel menggunakan teknik <em>purposive sampling</em>, dengan jumlah sampel 15 responden. Analisis statistik penelitian ini menggunakan uji <em>Wilcoxon sign rank test</em>, dengan tingkat signifikan&nbsp; P&lt; 0,05. Hasil Penelitian rata-rata nyeri sebelum terapi <em>birth ball</em> 8.60 dan sesudah&nbsp; 5.73. Pain reduction techniques during labor consist of pharmacological therapy and nonpharmacological therapy. One of the non-pharmacological methods of reducing labor pain is Slow Stroke Back Massage (SSBM). This study aims to determine the effect of SSBM on the reduction of active phase pain in the first stage of labor of primigravida mothers in Lamsiah Clinic in 2020. Quantitative research methods. This type of research is a quasi-experimental design with nonequivalent control group design. The study population was all primigravida mothers giving birth at the Lamsiah Clinic as many as 30 people. The sample selection uses purposive sampling and the number uses the Lameshow formula as many as 16 people as the intervention group and 16 others as the control group. The results of the study using the T test showed that the intervention group obtained p-value = 0,000. While in the control group, the value of p-value = 0.333 was obtained. The conclusion is that the effect of a SSBM massage on the reduction of pain in the active phase in the first labor of primigravida mothers in the intervention group, but in the control group, no significant effect.
