It was carried out in the Emergency Room at the Rantauprapat Hospital from December 2021 to April 2022. The sample size was calculated by using the minimum sample formula for the unknown population from Lemeshow, the research respondents were 60 respondents, the sampling technique used was consecutive sampling.</em></p> <p><em>Variable Knowledge about Covid-19 transmission, Comorbid Covid-19 health conditions, Application of Screening for Patients and Visitors to Emergency Installations and Completeness of Personal Protective Equipment for Emergency Installation Officers related to the decrease in the number of visits to the Emergency Installation of Rantauprapat Hospital during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2021, while the unrelated variable is age. Based on the results of multivariate analysis, it is known that the variable of Personal Protective Equipment for Emergency Installation Officers is associated with a decrease in the number of visits to the ER at Rantauprapat Hospital during the Covid-19 pandemic, based on the p-value 0.003 &lt; 0.05 and based on the Exp(B) value in the test results. Multivariately it is known that the PPE Completeness of Emergency Room Officers has the largest value of 8.248, so it can be concluded that the PPE Completeness of Emergency Room Officers has a chance of 8.248 times causing a decrease in the number of visits to the Emergency Room at Rantauprapat Hospital during the Covid-19 pandemic.</em></p> Nauli Asdam Simbolon ##submission.copyrightStatement## 2022-11-19 2022-11-19 3 2 1 11 10.36656/jikm.v3i2.902 ANALISIS MANAJEMEN KETENAGAAN KESEHATAN TERHADAP PENCAPAIAN INDIKATOR KINERJA PUSKESMAS PADA UPTD PUSKESMAS TANAH PASIR KABUPATEN ACEH UTARA TAHUN 2021 http://ejournal.delihusada.ac.id/index.php/JIKM/article/view/907 <p><em>To provide maximum and excellent public services to the community, the success of the puskesmas in carrying out its program is determined by the availability of human resources (HR) that are balanced between medical personnel on the one hand and promotive and preventive personnel on the other.</em></p> <p><em>The type of research used is qualitative research to analyze Health Manpower Management on the Achievement of Health Center Performance Indicators at UPTD Puskesmas Tanah Pasir, North Aceh Regency based on applicable standards. The research period starts from December 2021 to Mei 2022. The research informants consist of 4 people, namely the Head of the UPTD of the Tanah Pasir Health Center, the Head of the TU UPTD of the Tanah Pasir Health Center, the Head of the Health Resources Division and the Head of the Sub-Division of Personnel.</em></p> <p><em>The Health Manpower Management at the UPTD Tanah Pasir Public Health Center has used the Minimum Manpower Standards based on the Minister of Health Regulation no. 43 of 2019 in determining the number and types of health personnel, only in the fulfillment of health workers in all programs there is still a shortage of nutrition and public health personnel (slinging staff). Dalam penanggulangan Tuberculosis Paru, WHO (<em>World Health Organization</em>) telah merekomendasikan strategi <em>Directly Observed Treatment Short Course </em>(DOTS). Penderita Tuberculosis Paru agar dapat sembuh diperlukan kepatuhan dalam pengobatan selama minimal 6 bulan. Agar penderita Tuberculosis Paru dapat patuh dalam berobat ada banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan berobat pada penderita Tuberculosis Paru di UPT Puskesmas Lawe Alas. Faktor yang diteliti meliputi: Pengetahuan, Efek samping OAT, PMO, Peran Keluarga, Faktor Ekonomi, Motivasi Diri, Kepatuhan Berobat. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian <em>cross-sectional</em>, berlokasi di UPT Puskesmas Lawe Alas pada tahun 2021. The aim of this research is to know the influence of ergonomic factors on the occurrence of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) in nurses at the Sembiring Hospital, Deli Tua in 2022. The design of this research is quantitative research with the cross sectional design. The research was done on 14 - 19 march 2022 to by using questionnaire. The population of this research is l nurses with a purposive sampling technique that obtained 30 sample of nurses. The independent variables are work postures, work shifts, job rotation, and variables related to Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs). After the data has been collected, it is analyzed using the Chi-Square test. The results of the research of moderate complaints MSDs with moderate risk work postures were 17 respondents (56.7%) with p value = 0.014, moderate complaints MSDs with night shifts were 19 respondents (63.3%) with p value = 0.004, and MSDs with moderate complaints with non-rotational job rotation were 14 respondents (46.7%) with p value = 0.009 is an&nbsp; effect of ergonomic factors on the occurrence of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). The conclusion is there are influence of work posture, work shifts and job rotation on the occurrence of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) in nurses. Covid-19 is a new type of virus that has not previously been identified in humans. Covid-19 has started to become an epidemic in Indonesia since early March until now in August 2021. One of the efforts to reduce the possibility of a dangerous event, namely Covid-19, is to establish a safety culture. Culture will shape specific behaviors. This study aims to determine the Cultural Evaluation of the Implementation of K3 with Covid-19 Prevention Readiness at the Batu Anam 202</em><em>2</em><em>. The design of this study used an observational study with a cross-sectional approach where the population in this study were all patients who visited Batu Anam who met the requirements. The number of samples in this study was 96 people using consecutive sampling technique.</em> <em>Based on the results of the study, it was found that there was a relationship between safety values (p-value 0.00</em><em>3</em><em>), leadership in safety (p-value 0.002), safety accountability (p-value 0.00), integrated safety (p-value 0.03), safety as a driving force (p-value 0.006) with patient satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence antenatal care visits in the era of the covid-19 pandemic at the Biru-Biru Public health centre, Biru-Biru District, Deli Serdang Regency. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the visit Antenatal Care in the times of pandemic covid-19 in Puskesmas Biru-Biru Kecamatan Biru-Biru Kbupaten Deli Serdang. Types of research kuantitatif with desain case control. The sampling technique in this study used the method perposive sampling with Lameshow formula. The sample of this study used 88 samples, consisting of 44 case samples and 44 control samples optained from lameshow formula. Based on the statistical tests carried out, the value of the factor that most influenced pregnant women during the COVID-19 pandemic was obtained, namely the husband’s support factor with a value of B = 3.81, P value = 0.000, OR = 45.519, 95%Cl = 8.725-237.490. It is hoped that the Puskesmas officers will continue to motivate husbands who have pregnant wives to provide support to mothers to do ANC. Such as making whatsapp groups with pregnant women together with their husbands and Puskesmas officers. Sending digital posters via whatsapp about the importance of doing pregnancy tests to determine the development of the baby in the womb.
