The results of chi square analysis showed that there is an influence between the variables of achievement, respect, responsibility, supervision, working conditions, payment and safety, and policies with the employee performance where p value less than 0.05. One of the efforts for early detection of cervical cancer is by conducting a pap smear examination. According to WHO cervical cancer is the second most common type of cancer in Indonesia as many as 32,469 cases or 9.3%. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence midwives to examining themselves through pap smear examination at general Dr. Pirngadi hospital Medan City in 2020. The study method used observational analytic with cross-sectional approach. This research was conducted at genera Dr. Pirngadi hopital Medan city from January to March 2020. The population in this study were all health workers who work as midwives and the sample was 83 people. Data analysis with Chi Square and Multiple Logistic Regression. The results showed 53.0% have a pap smear examination and 47.0% have no a pap smear examination. There is a significant relationship between husband's support and length of work on pap smear p <0.05, there is no significant relationship between age, education, knowledge, attitude and motivation on pap smear examination p = <0.05. The results of multiple logistic regression tests found that the factors that most influence the pap smear examination were length of work and husband's support. FMS standards are very closely related to the implementation of Hospital Occupational Safety and Health (OSH). If the OSH is not implemented, the FMS standard cannot be fulfilled which impacts the quality of health services. This research aims to analyze the implementation of Facilities and Safety Management based on the Hospital Accreditation National Standar</em><em>d</em><em>s (HANS) 1st Edition 2018 at Deli Hospital Medan. The type of research is a qualitative study using a phenomenological approach. The research period is from December 2019 to March 2020. The number of informants are 10 people (1 person in charge of accreditation and 9 people in charge of OSH). Data collection is done through in-depth interviews, document checks and observations. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics to describe the achievements of each FMS standard and continued with thematic analysis to conclude the results of the interview. The results showed that the achievements of FMS based on HANS 1st Edition obtained an average of 61.90%. Obstacles to fulfillment include: limited availability of facilities and infrastructure, limited number of Human Resources (HR), awareness of HR, lack of HR knowledge about OSH, limited budget allocation to support the implementation of FMS standards, readiness of the training in conducting training and simulation has not been maximized, </em><em>the lack of compliance of the Hazardous and Toxic Waste provider to attach the Material Safety Data Sheets. Achievement of FMS standard fulfillment based on HANS Edition 1.1 was 67.14%, but did not become an obstacle in hospital accreditation from the First rank to the Basic rank. It is expected that the person in charge of accreditation prioritizes the improvement of FMS 2 (implementing facilities and environmental risk management programs), FMS 6 (developing, maintaining, disaster management programs to respond to disasters and natural disasters) and FMS 6.1 (conducting simulation handling / responding to emergencies, epidemics and disasters ) because the fulfillment is still &lt;50%. The type of research used associative research, that aims to determine the effect or also the relationship between two or more variables. This research is quantitative, with a cross sectional design which is a research design by examining the relationship between two variables in a situation or group of subjects. The population of this research were all patients with Diabetes Mellitus Type 2 in Citra Medika 2 Clinic, Medan City, totaling 1,524 people. This study is to analyze what factors are related to maternal behavior in providing early complementary feeding in the Serapit Health Center in Langkat Regency in 2019. This research is an analytic study with a cross sectional approach to 86 mothers who have babies aged 6-12 months in the region the work of the Sirapit District Health Center in Langkat Regency. Sampling was done by purposive sampling with inclusion and exclusion criteria. The research instrument uses a structured questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability then is analyzed univariately and bivariately using the Chi Square test. Analysis of factors related to maternal behavior in giving early complementary feeding is used logistic regression at 95% confidence level (α = 0 , 05). The results of this study indicate that the majority of respondents who have poor knowledge 73.3%, who have low education 76.7%, mothers who are 75.6%, poor attitude 74.4%, socio-cultural that is not entrenched 76.7 % and poor maternal behavior 54.7%. The results of bivariate analysis revealed that knowledge (p = 0.003), education (p = 0.005), occupation (p = 0.012), attitude (p = 0.006) and social culture (p = 0.001) were significantly related to maternal behavior in giving Early breastfeeding in the Sirapit Community Health Center. The purposes to find out whether the juice of lime leaves is effective as a vegetable pesticide against fruit flies. In this study using experimental methods. With the stages of sampling, sample processing, phytochemical screening, making juice, making fruit fly traps, and testing the juice of lime leaves as vegetable pesticides with different concentrations of 0%, 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% sprayed on the surface of guava fruit (Psidium guajava) and observed its effect on fruit flies. The average results of research on the juice of lime leaves as a vegetable pesticide against fruit flies indicate that the higher the concentration the higher the number of fruit fly deaths based on observations made for 3 days. Based on data analyzed statistically by the ONE WAY ANOVA method. It can be concluded that at a concentration of 20% the juice of lime leaves is the most effective as a vegetable pesticide. All dimensions of health service quality have an effect on patient satisfaction of BPJS at Patumbak&nbsp; Community Health Center that is direct evidence (tangibles, reliability (reliability), responsiveness, assurance and empathy. This type of research uses a mixed methods research approach which is a qualitative method with a case study approach and quantitative with a cross sectional approach. The study was conducted at the Puskesmas Sarimatondang and the time of the study began in December 2019 - April 2020. The informants selected in this study were carried out intentionally (purposive sampling) namely the school principal and supervisor of SDHP. The research sample was all students in Class I - VI totaling 168 students. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and using questionnaires. Data were analyzed by thematic analysis and Pearson correlation. The results showed that the SDHP Program activities at Primary School 091407 Sarimatondang had not been carried out thoroughly. There are 5 M (Man, Money, Material, Method, Machine) obstacles in the implementation of the SDHP Program. There is a relationship between toothbrush behavior (knowledge) with the incidence (number) and DMF-T Index number. It is recommended that SDHP supervisors should take part in training to increase their knowledge and insights on dental health and at the same time act as a mobilizer for SDHP activities. Not all Community health center have the same ability to fulfill accreditation standards in achieving accreditation status. The purpose of this study was to increase the accreditation of Community health center &nbsp;to the primary level at Service Unit of Community health center Sarimatondang, Sidamanik Sub District, Simalungun District. This type of research is a case study research with a qualitative approach. The research location was in Community health center Sarimatondang and the research period began in December 2019 until April 2020. The number of informants consisted of 8 Chairpersons of Public Health Efforts,&nbsp; Chair of Accreditation Quality, Head of Community health center, Midwife, Staff,&nbsp; Chair of Public Health Personal, Head of Environment-VII Sarimatondang, and Chairperson Admin. Data collection is done through in-depth interviews, document review and observation. Data is analyzed to make it easier to see data more simultaneously. The results showed that the average achievement score of&nbsp; Chapter IX accreditation standards was 76.82%. Achievement scores of Community health center accreditation standards for Chapter I, Chapter II, Chapter IV, and Chapter V ≥ 75%, Chapter VII and Chapter VII &gt; 60%, and Chapter III, Chapter VI and Chapter IX &gt; 20%. Inhibiting factors in the implementation of accreditation standards fulfillment at Sarimatondang Community health center include financial resources, variations in the level of education of human resources of Community health center staff and integrated service center cadres, staff assigned as program managers not in accordance with their main tasks and functions, limited time from the accreditation advisory team providing guidance and direction in preparation for accreditation. Efforts to improve the status of accreditation from Middle to Main, the Community health center Sarimatondang must improve the achievements of the scores of Chapter I, Chapter II, Chapter IV, Chapter V, Chapter VII, and Chapter VIII ≥ 80%; and the total achievements of Chapter III, Chapter VI, and Chapter IX ≥ 60%. It is recommended that the accreditation team that has been formed can maximize its activities to coordinate activities, conduct meetings discussing the obstacles faced in fulfilling accreditation, monitoring and evaluation standards to fit the tasks and functions. This reasearch uses qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive study approach. Informants in this that&nbsp; were Professional Care Providers (PCP) consisting of the Physician in charge , nurses represented by the head of the intensive room (ICU) and of the dahlia ward room, and the Pharmacist. Hospital management, represented by the head of the nursing section, and the head of the hospital's education and training section. Patients / families as well as the case manager team itself. Data collection methods used in this reasearch are by observation, deep interview, and documentation.</em> <em>The results obtained from this study are that the case manager in the upstream regional public hospital is considered not yet effective in carrying out its role as a case manager.
